• All the participants and Accompanying Persons are invited to attend the Welcome Cocktail, National Evening, and the Gala Dinner.
• Day pass tickets do not include the social programme access.

Cultural Night Reception

• Wednesday, September 25, 2024. From 19:30 to 22:30
• Venue: The Biodiversity Museum
• Address: Amador Causeway, Building 136, Panamá City.
• Commuting: Walking distance from the Panama Convention Center: 10-minute walk (750 m). In case of rain, transportation will be provided from the venue
• Transport will be arranged for those with special accessibility needs notified during the registration.
• Dress code: Business Casual

Gala Dinner

• Venue: Casa Veranda, Sheraton Grand Hotel
